Avis complètement faux, comme vous me l'avez dit en privé en Irlande les choses ne sont pas pareil effectivement en France quand on part d'une maison sans prendre l'option ménage qui est à 100e et non 200 le propriétaire s'attend que la maison soit un minimum propre au moin comme vous l'avez trouvée, ce qui n'a pas été du tout le cas, comme je l'ai dit dans mon avis sur vous, le sol n'a pas été laver il était très sale l'aspirateur n'a pas été fait et oui il n'y a pas de sac de rechange car c'est un aspirateur sans sac ce qui prouve encore une fois votre mauvaise fois, la vaisselle n'était pas faite les toilettes plein de caca sur les rebord, donc en France oui on s'attend à de la propreté sinon si on n'est pas capable ou dalle comme vous et payé, ce qui je précise n'a pas été fait. Dans le garage il y a un petit etoidoit ainsi que deux corde pour étendre le linge, un seau avec pédale acheté il y a même pas deux moi avec sont balais à frange et quelques produits ménager mis à disposition pour les voyageurs ce qui n'es pas obligatoire ce n'est pas à moi de tout vous acheté. Vous evez été de très mauvaise fois et êtes parti comme des voleur sans payer ce que vous deviez. Je ne vous recommande pas du tout, très sale et irrespectueux et rempli de mensonges. Bonne continuation dans vos prochaines location en France

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anaïs (the owner) a message.

If Anaïs (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
