Billy is a 6-speed modern motorhome that can easily cruise at 70 miles per hour on a motorway. Billy has a king-sized bed above the driver's cab, a oversized bunk beds at the rear (that can fit 2 small or 1 large person in each bunk) and a dining area that converts to a comfortable double bed; and is fitted with 6 seat belts to securely carry you and your family and friends.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR GLAMPERVANS?

....... each of our Glampervans have proper beds, a fridge, freezer, a cooker & hob and a kitchen sink; a lockable bathroom with shower & toilet, and a comfortable sitting/dining area. Your own mini home on wheels!

We supply the pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and bowls, cups and glasses, knives and forks, picnic table and garden chairs ........ Feather duvets and pillows (please let us know if you are allergic!); and the fluffiest of towels........ A toaster and kettle, mobile WIFI, and Bluetooth connectivity to the vehicles stereo...... Kitchen basics for cooking and cleaning - like sugar and salt and pasta and pepper...... Cables for hook-up power, a full gas cylinder(s) for the hot water, heating, cooking and fridge [if you want to go off grid!], a solar panel to capture natures power, water hose and toilet cassette....... Safety equipment including smoke & CO2 detectors, fire extinguisher & blanket, ear plugs for the non-snorers on board; and all the breakdown essentials..... Lastly some bunting and lights to decorate the Glampervan exactly as you want it ......

Rental includes UK and Europe Insurance cover and vehicle breakdown - for up to 2 drivers * note age, country of license issue & experience restrictions apply, Also note that if you are travelling outside of the UK - this must be confirmed at time of booking to ensure all insurances and paperwork is arranged.

You have unlimited mileage, so there is no need to worry about how far you travel - as long as you remember to bring it back to us!

We have included all the basics that you need; then added some goodies & treats to make your Glampervan adventure perfect.

WHAT TO BRING

You should bring appropriate clothing and toiletries. Please consider that there is limited storage space on board, so you may want to bring a few smaller soft bags rather than one oversized hard suitcase (you don't need to bring the kitchen sink as we have already provided 1).

You will need some rations! You can either bring your food & drink with you; or have it delivered so it is ready & waiting at your van at pick up time; or email us and we can do the shopping for you. There is also a handy Co-op with good parking 5 minutes from our yard if you want to stock up there.

Due to the uncertain weather conditions in the UK, we suggest you bring some waterproof boots (wellies!?!); or if you are coming from overseas - let us know and we can source some ready for your arrival.

WHO CAN DRIVE BILLY

Drivers need to have held a valid manual driver's license for at least 2 years. (Non-UK or Non-EU licenses may have restrictions). Drivers also need to be aged between 21 and 75; drivers aged between 21 & 25 will incur additional excess deposits.

Interaction with guest

Ensure that when you collect Billy you allow up to an hour for a Glampervan orientation. We will show you around the vehicle and explain how to hook up and use all of the equipment. We have also included a step by step manual for the usual questions - to help you remember what to do when you get out on your own. Saying that - we don't abandon you - if you run into any problems, just give us a phone, text or email and we will respond as soon as we can!

Why can't I call Louise (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I view and manage my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Louise (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louise (the owner) a message.

If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
