This modern fully accessible and adapted property has been designed for wheelchair access and is adapted to allow independent living for disabled and or abled bodied people. There is a flat linked above with kitchenette for support worker or guests. The property benefits from a ground floor bedroom for easy access with a wet room en suite bathroom and separate guest bathroom. It benefits from full gas central heating. The property has stunning views across the private natural lake and out to Titchfield Haven. This property suits any one who enjoys, going out for walks , water sports, bird watching , or beach life. This setting is an ideal spot for relaxing.The garden is natural, and shared with the owners of the main house and Penthouse above. Additional services can be purchased such as 24/7 on call service. An intercom system has been fitted for those guests that require support.

Inside the house are wooden oak floors and leather luxury sofas. Each room has a television with free view digital TV. The kitchen is fully accessible and equipped. It is spacious with dishwasher, microwave and modern fixtures and fittings.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and a large fridge freezer. From the sitting room there are french doors onto enclosed terrace with seating for 10. The modern terrace has a BBQ for those summer evenings.

The garden has ducks and wild birds that come across from the nature reserve along with deer and the occasional sighting of badgers from the set in the Haven.

The house has the benefit of wi fi... The kitchen is fitted with all modern kitchen appliances and with rise and fall kitchen it is suitable for all ages , all heights and is wheelchair compliant.

Added touches are accessible ironing board for wheelchair users , pull down cupboards for hanging clothes and units in kitchen have pull out features for ease .

The property has oak flooring in the lounge and dining areas with tiled ceiling to floor in the downstairs bedroom and all bathrooms. The wet room is fully DDA compliant .

The garden has a secluded private terrace area with a large gas BBQ and seating for 10 and is ideal to dine on those warm summer evenings. The lake is home to pet ducks and wild ducks who enjoy being fed by visitors (any wild bird food is acceptable/ ducks must not be fed bread/bird food can be purchased at the nearbyTtitchfield Haven). Pet friendly: There is a charge of £ 60per stay for one pet- please enquire.

Thank you for your comments, we have taken on board your review and we whilst we consider that there are absolutely three bedrooms we agree there is not a door leading into the main bedroom upstairs. We shall update our website with photographs clearly showing this. We hope that this did not spoil your stay. Usually families are completely fine with this, but we take on board your feedback. With respect to the price there was a mix up with you requesting discount for NHS staff we offered a reduced fee for your stay. I apologise again if his confusion caused you upset.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lisa (the owner) a message.

If Lisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
