Our lovely 3 bedroom, air-conditioned home comes with everything you will need for your stay in Perth. A fantastic outdoor entertaining area complete with swimming pool(with solar blanket), BBQ and lounges makes this an ideal retreat for couples and families.

The cottage has been furnished to a high standard to make your stay in Perth as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom home situated in a quiet street just a short drive to the stunning local beaches of Mullaloo and Hillarys. The spacious, furnished alfresco area and large grassed area beside the private pool makes this an ideal retreat for couples, friends and families.

Benefiting from hot and cold air conditioning, the fully furnished lounge area has two comfortable quality sofas, coffee table, television, and dvd player. An archway takes you through to the fitted kitchen and dining room complete with sideboard, table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, fan oven and grill, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, slow cooker, coffee maker (Nespresso) and toaster.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with individual bedside lights and cabinets, and a large built in wardrobe. Bedroom two is fitted with a double bed, and bedroom three has two single beds, complete with bedside lights and cabinets, and drawers.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash basin with large mirror and plenty of cupboard space, while the WC is separate. The laundry is complete with large sink, washing machine, linen cupboards, iron, and ironing board.

Sliding glass patio doors lead from the kitchen and dining area to a large covered entertainment area with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the enclosed pool and grassed play area. There are steps down to the grassed area and pool but there is a gate for the safety of little ones, and there is a pool gate to the fenced pool area (as per Australian regulations).

Lemon Tree Cottage is very well equipped, with plenty of towels, kitchen utensils etc and the furniture –all the beds, sofas etc are good quality to make your stay comfortable, relaxed and convenient.

For your safety smoke alarms have been installed.

This gives me a chance to get to know you, show you how various things work at the cottage, answer any queries you have about the cottage, the area, the lifestyle or anything you like really. Often when I have guests who are emigrating here I can give advice on good areas to live, schools etc or if you are just holidaying and want advice on things to do there is plenty of information at the cottage or you can ask me. Also feel free to call me anytime if you have any further queries. We live about 15-20 mins from the cottage so it's not far to pop by.

Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
