Guests enter Haven on the Heritage by following the sidewalk from the driveway to the front door of this home. All of the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter the front door, you will find the living room, kitchen, family room and dining area. The laundry room and second master suite are located off of the family room. The first master suite, queen guest bedroom and guest bedroom are located down the hall from the living room. The french doors in the living room lead to a large stone patio that overlooks the backyard & golf course.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This soon to be refurnished and renovated lovely home is located inside Sea Pines Plantation at 27 Heritage Road on the 8th Tee of the Harbour Town Golf Course. This is the ideal rental for an active family, or two families that would like to spend time at the beach, riding bikes, playing golf or tennis or simply wanting to relax in a private setting. You are less than 1 mile, or under a 20 minute walk, to the center of Harbour Town which is filled with shopping, restaurants, & entertainment. You will be just a short bike ride or a quick car ride away from Sea Pines Beach Club where you will find access to the Sea Pines public beach, a small gift shop, and a café. This is the perfect way to spend a day at the beach!

When you step inside this home nestled beneath a canopy of oak trees, you will be greeted by a living area looking out into a spectacular golf course view. The french doors from the living room lead to a large stone patio which is the ideal place to enjoy a coffee in the morning, or through out the day and watch the golf activity while you relax. There is a new weber gas grill on the patio for you to use while you are at this property.

This home has two master bedroom suites making it the ideal location for two families or a multi-generational vacation. The primary master bedroom has a king size bed, and an on-suite bathroom with a large garden tub, duel vanities and a separate walk in shower. The second master suite has a queen size bed and a day bed to sleep three comfortably. The on-suite bathroom has a shower over tub, and single vanity.

The third bedroom is set up with a twin over full size bunk to sleep three children and the fourth bedroom is equipped with twin beds. These two bedrooms share the third bathroom complete with dual vanities and a shower over tub.

The large kitchen, eating area and family room all look out over the back patio and golf course. The kitchen is set up to enjoy the company of the family or friends either in the family room or large eating area. Off of the kitchen and family room is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer.

This home is only a few miles from the South Beach Marina. Pool Privileges are included with this home.

This home will be fully furnished by the new owner before rentals begin on July 1, 2016. Please call the rental manager with any questions or concerns about the status of the furnishings as we will be updating the photography regularly.

This home is going to undergo major renovations in the fall of 2016 and special rate consideration will be given to returning guests from the pre-construction rental season in 2017.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
