The house has a well-appointed open kitchen, fully exposed to the great room and the adjoining dining area, which seats 10. The gourmet kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including an ice maker. The glass cooktop is surrounded by granite countertops and a seating area.
The family TV area includes two couches, a leather coffee table, and two cushioned chairs. This is all oriented to the bookshelves with a large flat-screen TV. This area is complete with wireless internet and indoor/outdoor audio system. The adjacent dining area has an upscale classic feel. It contains a large pine table, ten wickers chairs, and a beautiful buffet This whole great room, with its large white columns, numerous windows, and stunning views, produces a wonderful upscale vacation environment.
The main-level Master Bedroom is located on the first floor. Here you will find a beautiful a king bed with matching end tables and a chest. The master bath has a large soaking tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. This first floor also offers a granite half bath and separate laundry room. All the bedrooms feature Smart Flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
Upstairs, the second master bedroom features a king bed with a tropical motif. There is also a private door which leads out to the second-floor balcony. This balcony contains many comfortable chairs for relaxing and enjoying your view of the lagoons and ocean. The master bath has a separate shower, large soaking tub, and separate sinks. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bath, with each bedroom having a separate entrance and access to the balcony. One bedroom has a queen bed and armoire while the other bedroom has a king bed.
The fifth and sixth bedrooms are bunk bedrooms that also share a bath which has dual sinks and a shower. The first bunk bedroom has a twin-over-full bed and a twin-over-twin (3 twins and one full). The second bunk room has two twin-over-twin beds (four twins). Each room has access to another deck facing the front of the home.
Outside, the beautiful pool* and spa* along with a large gas grill await you. Surrounded by a tall privacy fence and a garden-like setting, this pool area is sure to be a great gathering space for the whole group. The pool deck contains extra lounge seating with table and chairs along with full table sets under the main level deck. A outside bar area with TV is just the spot to spend afternoon and evenings watching the pool. The garage has plenty of room and includes a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, outdoor Jenga and wagons to take everything back and forth to the beach. The favorite place, however, is most likely going to be the ocean which is less than a 2-minute walk away.
