Description

This is a luxury split level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. In the new Evergreen development complex in HIsaronu.

As you enter the apartment there is a light spacious hall with a large wall mirror and built in cabinets. The large marble staircase situated in the hall leads you to the first floor where there is the master and twin bedrooms. The double bedroom with balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains is located on the ground floor.

All bedrooms contain matching wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside cabinets, drawers and full length mirrors. Each bedroom contains individual styles of high quality coordinating soft furnishings. There are two shower rooms; one situated on the first floor and one on the ground floor. There is a large open plan lounge and kitchen situated on the ground floor with a balcony over looking the pool and gardens. The kitchen is fitted out to a high standard with floor and wall units including brand new appliances.

Hisaronu is a perfect destination for families and couples. The complex has its own private gymnasium, comunal pool with seperate childrens area and a 12 seater sauna. The apartment is situated a five minute walk from the main town centre. It has a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars. They cater for traditional Turkish and international palates. The town centre comes alive at night and they often close the road to traffic to cater for tourism. The nearby beaches of Olu deniz can be reached by Dolmus (a small bus service) that runs from early in the morning until late at night from Hisaronu town centre. Or alternatively, Olu deniz can be easily reached by plentiful taxis from outside the apartment complex. Eliminating the need for your own transport.

Fethiye is the nearest town for good shopping opportunities. The town can be reached by a 20 -25 minute Dolumus ride. In Fethiye they hold a large local market on a Tuesday, selling fresh local produce, homeware, leather accesories ie. handbags, wallets, belts etc and imitation designer goods.

For those that wish to explore further, day trip boat rides can be taken from Fethiye harbour to destinations such as Rhodes. Cruises can also be taken to explore the Lycian coast.

Further details

Swimming pool is only open from 1st of may - 30th of September. There is an English speaking representative available 6 days a week Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm.

A £100 refundable deposit will be required with final payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
