Dear Terry and my future guests . I take this opportunity to clarify the situation that Terry experienced then I hope any of you - future guests should be aware of . - after receiving booking confirmation of Terry stay - I have managed to send to Terry email address the set of instructive files - including how to find the place and steps by steps to access by a given code and my tel number to contact when things might go unexpected . - a day before arrival , Terry has confirmed the checknin time and I have recorded for preparation . - on the check in date : for some reasons - I have not hear or received any types communication from Terry about what he was facing at the airport . - Terry did not even contact me through email or calls the next day to let me know what he went through after being by advised by some one at the airport . - I understand that Terry could not claim the payment from trip advisor simply because before booking made - the type of accommodation ( vacation rental ) wac clearly made to Terry. So Terry claimed that he listened to some one that the building is not a hotel -which is correct - but Terry seemed confused himself and decided to find a hotel . - so by above mentioned details - I strongly advise that this listing is vacation rental - you are hiring a residential unit to stay ( not a hotel ) - and pls just stick with what I provide in email to access and arrive with worry free . Do not listen to anyone ( you don’t know at the airport ) . Keep my tel number with you can call me for any advice . Thanks for reading through and understanding the case . Best regards BACH

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
