Our Chic and Classic apartment which is recently renovated has fantastic view of the park and dynamic Saigon city street from the green private balcony. It's located on the second floor in the vintage building, just a few blocks away from Ben Thanh market.

Location

The location of this apartment can't be beat. When you check in, drop your bags and walk the entire city center without ever taking a taxi or bus until you depart.

• Ben Thanh Market is just a few blocks away.

• Take a leisurely ten minute walk along the river to the Saigon Opera House, Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Museums.

• Shop on Le Loi and Dong Khoi streets - you can find all the famous brands there all within a ten minute walk.

• There are hundreds of restaurants, from local street food to the best five star Sunday brunch are all walk-able distance

• Travel thirty minutes or less to either the train station or Ton Son Nhat International Airport

About the apartment

This quiet and clean apartment is situated in a fantastically central location on the second floor in a charming vintage building by the park with tastefully furnished with everything you need for your comfortable stay in Ho Chi Minh city .

Once inside the apartment you'll find a opened kitchen equipped everything you need to prepare a meal, a dining table and chairs, a very comfortable rattan couch, a 32 inches wall-mounted flat screen TV with international cable channels, a high quality and very comfortable queen size bed.

Unlimited high speed WiFi internet is provided throughout at no additional cost.

An air conditioning and new water heater and pump were installed in the shower for your comfort.

A refrigerator, microwave oven, bottled water and water kettle are provided along with dishes, glasses and utensils for the ubiquitous and impressive food options just around the apartment.

Fresh bed linens and fresh towels will greet you upon arrival.

Unlimited high speed WiFi internet.

We provide the following for your stay:

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Tram (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
