A sliver of calm in the bustling Saigon, this spacious, luxury yet cosy apartment can sleep up to 10 people with breath taking view of the river. Located at the heart of district 1, it is really easy to walk to major attractions like Ben Thanh Market, City Hall, Opera House and Bitexco Financial Tower. Many cafes, local restaurants, spas and groceries are close by and walkable.

Plus all the hand made flowers and warm hospitality from the long time Superhosts make it a must-lived in apartment when you're in town.

Home was centrally located walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Unfortunately, Home was run down not maintained well. Kitchen and toilets were not so clean. One of the rooms is dangerous … More

Dear Monica N, Thank you very much for taking time to share your review. While we are happy to know that you could get around to places easily, we were also puzzled as the issues with cleanliness, or safety were never mentioned when we kept in contact with you and your husband on WhatsApp, calls and emails during your trip. We found no traces of any fallen/dangerous steps and neither did the families that came after yours. Besides, the apartment was renovated in less than a year and we performed deep cleaning between guests. Anyway, we would suggest that any time there's an issue/concern, please feel free to contact us so we can assist immediately. Thanks again & we wish you a happy 2018.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If An (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
