Look forward to an unforgettable vacation with this holiday home, which will be your retreat with privacy and starting point of your daily adventures at the same time. The spacious house, which you use alone, offers a relaxing feel-good atmosphere. Here you can relax, enjoy the peace and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The modern and comfortable holiday home offers 125m² of space and is ideal for couples and families with 1-2 children. We have equipped the house baby and toddler. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The mountain village Hohegeiß is the ideal starting point to explore the beautiful Harz in every season. The house is located on a quiet side street and yet only 3 minutes to the center. In the kitchen are available: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer and plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. For our little guests there are extra children's dishes and bibs. At the dining table is a high chair ready. For the sibling, who is still too small to sit on the chair, there is a separate booster seat for the normal chair. The living room has a TV with DVB-T, USB port and a Nintendo Wii with a wide selection of games and accessories. The music system plays your music via Bluetooth or USB port. A separate sitting area with 2 comfortable armchairs can be used as a nursing and reading corner. The children can look forward to various board games. The children's room has a cot (0-3 years) a single bed and a pull-out bed (up to 70 kg body weight). In the bedrooms large closets offer plenty of space, a safe and sufficient hangers are available. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a drying rack with brackets for free use. The utility room offers enough space for the stroller and winter sports equipment. For winter clothing is a separate wardrobe available. A carbon monoxide detector and smoke detectors are available. For the baby or toddler, there is a play blanket / Krabbeldecke, which is also suitable for outdoors. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
