A beautiful private villa with swimming pool is a pefect choice when you visit Hoi An and the beach. LIDO VILLA has been designed to provide privacy and space, with essential amenities, garden, WIFI, private beach...There are three ensuite bedrooms,one family bedroom, a living room and kitchen, dining table for 8 people and all are near to the beach (just 2mins walk). we have private beach and restaurant, we free umbrellas and sunbed on the beach.

comfortable queen-sized beds, lots of storage space, and of course, en-suite bathrooms. Our house is also basked with plenty of natural light coming in from the windows to brighten up your stay. And if this were not enough, you can also dive straight into the pool if it's warm out or just mellow out on the nice garden with a good book. we will prepare your complimentary daily breakfast at the Villa if you request ($3/per). we are also available to cook for you as well. The fridge is stocked with wine and beverages and we can deliver groceries if you let us know what you need. The Villa has ceiling fans and air conditioning. The kitchen has an urn for instant hot water, filtered water. There is a gas cooker and small stove and all cooking appliances and provided. If you would also like to cook for yourself and need some help you with grocery shopping, just let us know. We can arrange it for you or take you shopping with us at one of the local markets. housekeeper will visit to daily clean the Villa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Hong (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
