Ixora development is situated in Jamestown Park, Holetown, in the heart of Barbados' West Coast. The 10 apartments are only a 4 minute walk to Settlers beach; also within walking distance is the very upscale shopping complex Lime Grove, where you can find the finest high end retailers, as well as restaurants, bars, cafes and a cinema. The apartments at Ixora have been built with the emphasis on outdoor living, with open-plan spaces and full-width sliding doors leading onto large private patios, in addition to a shared swimming pool on site.

This stunning apartment is on the ground floor side on to the swimming pool and comes equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The double bedroom has air conditioning, additional ceiling fans and a double wardrobe. The American style kitchen and living space, also suited with air conditioning and ceiling fan, means you'll have a comfortable space to enjoy TV and WiFi, also fitted with a breakfast bar and stools, and double sofabed. Best of all is the private outdoor space: the large patio comes with a dining table and four chairs, as well as a 2 comfortable seats and a drinks table for your pleasure. Also fitted with a blind for your privacy. !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
