Merlin Bay is just one mile north of Holetown where you will find an excellent selection of both local and designer shops. The area is also famous for its many incredible ocean side restaurants. Golf is available close by at both Sandy land and Westmoreland Courses and there is a really good selection of water sports available locally.
You enter Eden on the Sea on the living/dining level to find yourself with a commanding unobstructed view and access to the well landscaped main pool and the sea. You may choose to watch the beautiful sunsets from your private plunge pool or one of your four private terraces which all overlook the sea and garden. The Terraces are the perfect place for relaxing, enjoying a cocktail or dining with friends and family.
This unique home offers you three living levels plus a very private roof terrace. A well equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, blender, and electric kettle. There are two lovely air conditioned en suite bedrooms located on the upper level with a third air conditioned en suite bedroom on the lower level. Here you will also find a walk-in closet and terrace with plunge pool. All areas have quiet ceiling fans for your added comfort.
In the grounds of Merlin Bay, you will be able to enjoy a really beautiful free form swimming pool. The pristine white sandy beach is just a few steps from Eden on the Sea. Here you will enjoy swimming in the incredible warm and calm azure sea.
STAFF includes a cook, maid/laundress, gardener, and night watchman. The gardener takes beach chairs down to the beach for the guests. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Eden on the Sea, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beach side restaurants just a short distance away.
