Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath lake side condo located at Emerald Point only 1 block from the Marina and convenience store. Small complex with large pool so you won't have to fight for a relaxing place to sit and unwind after a day on the lake or taking the short 12 minute drive into Branson.

Gorgeous sunsets and a panoramic view of Table Rock lake from the top floor corner unit. Master bedroom has private bath,walk in closet and includes a new comfortable king mattress and 32" flat screen TV with Netflix and DVD player. It also has a large window with a view of the lake and a private entrance to the covered deck. 2nd bedroom has a new memory foam mattress and a flat screen TV with views of the lake as well. Our large 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware just like home you only have to bring the food to prepare a feast to serve on the large dining room table that seats 8 comfortably.

Relax in the great room and watch a movie or play a game. Sleep like a baby on our new custom flexsteel sofa with pull out self inflating queen air mattress, so comfortable you would never believe its a pull out! Start a fire in the corner fireplace when the night get chilly or hang out on a large deck to watch the sunset. Free unlimited local and long distance calls plus free Wi-Fi. Full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room with plenty of room for luggage and coolers. Ample parking for guests and a few short steps to the wide covered staircase 2 flights of steps. Our Stay was great and the view was straight from a postcard!! Beautiful. The condo felt like we were at home. Would recommend it to anyone and will return again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
