A semi-detached cottage in the town of Holmfirth in West Yorkshire, it can sleep two people in one bedroom.Bramble Cottage is a semi-detached cottage in the town of Holmfirth in West Yorkshire. It has one double bedroom with a shower room, it can sleep two people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room with a gas fire. To the outside there is off road parking and a small seating area with furniture. Bramble Cottage is a high quality cottage in a stunning location.

Amenities: Gas central heating and gas fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car, please allow access to garage at all times. Small seating area with bench to the front. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The cottage is approached via a cobbled path and two steps into the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Care to be taken, due to the style of the property there are low ceilings.

Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Holmfirth is in the heart of the Holme Valley, on the edge of the West Yorkshire Pennines. Made famous by The Last of The Summer Wine, there is more to Holmfirth than Compo and Nora Battyes stockings! The Picturedrome venue attracts famous bands and is in the centre of the town. The pelotons from the Tour de France 2014 and the Tour de Yorkshire have both been through this town. It is in these hills where cyclings triple Olympic Medalist Ed Clancy grew up. Holmfirth also has a swimming pool and fitness centre, parks, shops and restaurants. The people are friendly, the streets are quaint and the scenery is breathtaking. The Peak District National Park with its moors, dales, forests, lakes and reservoirs is also accessible. The Upper Derwent Valley is only a short drive away. Slightly further is Chatsworth, the stately home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, and isclose to the market town of Bakewell, the home of Bakewell Puddings. The Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The National Coal Mining Museum, Wentworth Castle, and the Hepworth Gallery are also within short drives away and well worth a visit.
