Originally built as a stable this barn has real character with its wide doors and arched windows. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding country side.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock.

Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound, three sofas and coffee table.

Downstairs toilet

Upstairs - 1 King size bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 King size bedroom, 1 Twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath. Each bedroom has a TV and hairdryer. All bedrooms have Egyptian cotton bedding and white ‘fluffy’ towels are provided.

Private patio area with table, chairs, parasol and gas BBQ in courtyard.

This barn can be linked with Platford Barn that sleeps five. Patios areas can be link too.

Adjoining door is locked and sound proofed.

This barn is not suitable for wheelchair use and has steps to and from the garden area.

Stair gates, high chairs and cots are available at the point of booking. Please contact us asap if any of these have been overlooked so we can make necessary arrangements. No cot bedding provided.

A wood chip boiler provides carbon neutral heat and hot water. All six barns have the luxury of underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs, with heated towel rails in all bathrooms and en-suites.

All six barns can sleep a total of 35, so an attractive alternative to a hotel for a corporate event or family/friends get together.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pat (the owner) a message.

If Pat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
