Nestled against Kachemak Bay Sleeps up to 8 with the addition of the Tiny House in the yard. The Tiny House is a dry cabin and shares the main house bath room. The Tiny house can be added for $100/night and is only available for rent by the party renting the Seafarer.

This Magnificent setting, has stairs accessing the beach during Spring and Summer months.

This 3bedroom, 2 bath home is newly constructed and artfully decorated with Seafaring themes. On the main floor, overlooking the Bay is a fully appointed kitchen, cozy living room, complete with large screen TV for enjoying the game, full bathroom and laundry. A spacious deck with lounge chairs and BBQ grill are accessed from the living room.. For a small additional fee, the Tiny House,in the yard provides a getaway for 2 with a queen bed in the loft. Tiny house guests share the downstairs bath in the main home, and is only available to the party renting the Seafarer. . On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a variety of books. The second bedroom has either 2 twins or converts to a King bed, depending upon the composition of your group. Both rooms have lovely views of the boats passing on the bay and eagles soaring by at window height.

The Spring of 2021 brings an additional bedroom to the Seafaerer! Located on the main floor, featuring a king bed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Connie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
