Speedway Blvd Townhouse is located four miles from Homestead Miami Motor Speedway, six miles from Bayfront National Park, and two miles from Homestead Air Base. Home away from home, this family centered community townhouse has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a loft. It comprises approximately 1500 square feet of living space, smartly appointed. There is a cozy balcony off the master bedroom and patio outside the dining room. The community features a clubhouse, gym and swimming pool, and play areas. There are several canals, ponds, and lakes within a short walking distance including a small park and playground for children. The outdoor enthusiast will find at the ready such activities as fishing, horseback riding, boating, hiking and exploring the everglades. The Florida keys are 30-45 minutes away.

Thank you Jim for your comments and we'd certainly love the opportunity to welcome you back to Speedway. We take your comments very seriously and will take heed. The thermostat senses when you're home or away and turns off when no one is there. It maintains a set temperature range between 54 & 82 degrees. I have now set the thermostat not to go above 76 degrees when guests are away. This is the lowest setting the thermostat will accept when it senses that no one is there, but in the future it will ensure a cooler temperature of at least 76 degrees when they return. I will coordinate with housekeeping to ensure an adequate supply of toiletries are made available to our guests. However, a kingsize bed would probably make it more of a tight squeeze in the master bedroom but we do appreciate Jim's suggestion. It truly is our intent to make our guests feel at home when staying with us. We are appreciative of Jim's comments and will strive to achieve our stated goal of providing accommodations that make people feel at home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send H (the owner) a message.

If H (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
