Welcome to Katie's Corner at Greetham Retreat, a 4 star Gold Award luxury self catering cottage that is modern, stylish and comfortable and has rooms over two floors for 6 people offering lovely spacious modern accommodation with open plan living areas.

It has a large sitting room with leather sofas and flat screen TV. The kitchen/dining area has a large fully integrated kitchen with all your appliances including a dishwasher and large upright fridge/freezer plus a large dining table and 6 chairs for taking you meals together. There is also a ground floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, which may also be set up with a super king size double bed if required. Both upstairs bedrooms have direct access to a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom with separate shower and WC.We recently opened our self catering cottages following the full modernisation program and conversion of a redundant agricultural barn or crew yard.

Located in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds that has a wide selection of walks available through open farmland and countryside just on the doorstep. Greetham Retreat is perfectly situated between historical Lincoln City and the endless wide sandy beaches along Lincolnshire's accessible and dog friendly coastline, there is just so much to do nearby. A warm welcome is guaranteed and our luxury cottages will suit both families/groups and couples alike.

Our self catering accommodation is nestled in over 4 acres of private natural grounds with wildlife ponds, wild flower meadows, woodland areas with mown grass paths throughout. Pets are most welcome in our cottages and we have installed Wi-Fi, which is available free of charge to all guests during your stay.

Greetham Retreat is positioned in open countryside with magnificent views but is only 3 miles from the market town of Horncastle, making it just perfect for that relaxing holiday getaway. There are plenty of dog friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs locally too.We can offer weekly holidays and short breaks all year. Our short breaks are for 3 or 4 nights.

The owners Rob and Jeanette Folwell, live about 100 meters from the self catering holiday accommodation. They will personally meet and greet you on your arrival, to hand over keys, show you how everything works in the cottage and will signpost you to local attractions and eateries etc they always try to tailor there recommendations to meet your individual needs and expectations.
As the owners live nearby they are always available and on hand if there are any issues or other queries. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rob and Jeanette (the owner) a message.

If Rob and Jeanette (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
