A cottage based in the East Yorkshire town of Hornsea, it can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Fair Place is a cosy cottage based in the town of Hornsea in East Yorkshire. It has two double bedrooms and a family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside of the property there is roadside parking to the front and a decking with furniture, a lawn and lockable storage to the back. Fair Place is a great cottage in an excellent location.

Amenities: Central heating, gas fire. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in front of property. Lockable bike storage. Rear decking with furniture and a lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 minute walk. Note: Open tread spiral staircase in property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Children aged 5 years and above only. Note: There are two steps up to kitchen.

Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: The town of Hornsea is on the East Coast, 15 miles from Bridlington. This resort has sandy beaches and a promenade with gardens, ideal for families. The town centre has shops, pubs and cafés, whilst nearby Hornsea Mere is the largest natural lake in Yorkshire and offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Hornsea Freeport is popular for shopping, whilst Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve is nearby, offering one of the largest mainland puffin populations in Britain. Hornsea is near to Wassand Hall and walled gardens and provides a base for touring the Yorkshire Wolds, the North York Moors and the East Riding coastal resorts. The historic city of York and The Deep at Hull are within an easy drive.
