The St. Julien Place is a 1948 duplex home of traditional character fully renovated to include up-to-date modern luxury and comfort. As a guest you will have:1. Access to Wifi Internet and Great HD flat TV entertainment that gives access to all Local TV Stations, Hulu Plus, Netflix, HBO Go, and digital rental options. 2. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils.3. A Keurig coffee maker with option of various coffee flavors and teas.4. A relaxing backyard balcony patio with a patio table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful weather while relaxing, reading or eating. 5. In addition to fresh linens and bath towels, you will be provided with soap, shampoo, lotion, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. 6. There will be extra blankets for TV watching or to provide additional warmth when sleeping. 7. Feel free to use both closets in the bedrooms and the dressers for your clothing. 8. Thanks for your stay with us and you enjoyed the property. I am sorry about the landscape. We have the yard landscaped and cut every two weeks. Our goal is to always keep it presentable and nice for our guests. However, there was much rain before and throughout your stay which delayed the landscaping. It was finally done on the 10th, the day after you left. Unfortunately, you came when the timing for the lawn was hindered due to weather.

Thanks for your review Carlos and your stay. You guys were great! My apology for the parking challenge. Our parking area fits 4 standard cars or SUVs comfortably. However since you had a trailer and a big pickup truck, it did make things a little more congested. In the future we will be putting up parking signs to better identify the parking spots so that each unit guests have a little more direction. I think this will solve the issue you experienced. In regards to the TV, there could have been some battery challenges, but with a call we would have been able to bring new batteries to resolve such an inconvenient issue. We take pride in our concierge service to help our guests with such situations. When you return, please be assured that any matter we would be happy to resolve. Just give us a text or call.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jaa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
