The Balcony Apartment is a stunning property located on the top floor of a period town-house in the heart of Hove and available for corporate or holiday lets of a week or more.

It has been refurbished to a high standard in its own contemporary and distinctive style and offers easy access the beach, the town centre and Brighton. Hove itself has a vibrant hub around George Street, just a few minutes walk from the property, and there are numerous restaurants, cafe's and bars in the area.

The Balcony Apartment is a two-bedroomed loft apartment designed for corporate lets and holidays of a week or longer. In addition to gorgeous interiors and Sky TV the apartment boasts two balconies, which have panoramic views of Hove. A fully serviced rate is also available for corporate lets. The apartment is suitable for two to four guests for long stays and can accomodate up to 5 guests for short stays.

This is NOT a self check in apartment , I like to meet guests face to face and hand over the keys and run through the facilities as it is a top floor apartment. I mainly do this to explain to guests regards the fire safety issues within the house and the fire alarm panel which is located in the communal hallway. Otherwise I am available anytime night/day if there are any problems during the stay and/or if you need some extra information and advise regards local amenities and facilities. We are always happy to help !

House rules

This is not a party house. Please be respectful of the neighbour's and the fact that it is located at the top floor of the building and you need to be quiet when coming/going to the apartment via the communal areas. When I say suitable for kids I would not say for toddlers/small children as you have to climb up 3 flights of stairs and the apartment is on the top floor of the building with a roof terrace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
