This popular village is situated on the edge of the Howardian Hills in Ryedale, proudly chosen as one of England's National Landscapes. The village itself has a bakery/cafe and the Worsley Arms Hotel serving an a la carte menu. The Malt Shovel Pub serving bar meals as well as an excellent village shop and hairdressers are all within easy walking distance. A local fish and chip van visits the village on a Tuesday evening. The village also offers a tennis court, bowling green and playground and a good variety of walks through the beautiful local countryside. There is also a wonderful farmers market the first Saturday of each month in the village.
