This property is in one of the best locations in hua hin,not only has it got its own local shops,restaurants & bars within walking distance & to the beach,you are only a short five minute taxi ride away to the main shopping complex, ( hua hin market village ) were you will find all you need there, including a tescos.

This property has recently been refurbished to suit most peoples taste & has proved each year to be a very popular home due to the location 5 mins walk from Market Village, shops restaurants bars and beach. There is a fabulous water park that has been opened recently about 30 minutes away.

The property is set back from any main roads, is very quiet, peaceful and tranquil. The garden is beautifully kept by our gardener on a weekly basis, and the overall feel of the property is very inviting. The furnishings are modern and very well looked after. Including being furnished with a smart flatscreen tv with modern apps available for you to use for example Facebook/YouTube. The property is in pristine condition, being open planned gives a very spacious feel. The property also benefits from a very secure locked gated entrance to the five villas situated in the complex which will be automatically locked at certain times, to which all visitors that rent the villa will have 24 hour access to, being provided with a set of keys. The house flows through to the garden and swimming pool, where there is seating, and facilities for outdoor al fresco dining. There is also a car port and two sunloungers at the property. A stunning example compared to most in the area.

Excellent villa in a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood but only a few minutes walk to the busy bars . The host was excellent very attentive and helpful .

Why can't I call Lucy (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucy (the owner) a message.

If Lucy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
