The townhouses of Avenue88 are an ideal holiday rental getaway. Situated 3km from the centre it is blissfully quiet, whilst within 10mins from town using the free bus shuttle sevice. Next to the new law courts and boasting a 24hr security guard service, security is assured. Hua Hin is situated on the coast and has picturesque beaches. A mecca for golfers, the oldest golf course in Thailand (Royal Hua Hin) is here, as is 2 of the newest premier courses (Black Mountain and Banyan) on the co sanctioned events tour. The town centre has many bars, the Binta Bart area and Soi 80 especially. Karaoke bars are also very popular here. There is a large list of activities to do, including: Shooting range (AK47 and pistols), Gokarting, specimen fishing lakes (Alligator Gar and Amazonian redtail Catfish), Kings summer palace tour, Temples, Palu waterfalls tour, National Parks, Elephant riding, Tiger Petting, Horse riding along the beach, Golf driving ranges, shopping in the many day and night markets, Indoor shopping Mall, Two Thai (Mua Thai) Boxing rings, Kite Surfing, Squash courts, Thai Massage, Day trip boating,to name but a few. Hua Hin also has many medical and dental clinics to whiten your smile or beautify your body/face at budget prices. If all this sounds like hard work you can relax at Avenue88 and watch the sunset over the nearby mountains. Just down the road are 7/11 24hr shop and laundry services and a few local bars and restaurants.

Badly managed house.

Since this customer left, I have taken onboard his negative comments and tried to address them. The smell has been removed simply by having the septic tank cleaned. A new manager has been appointed. More cutlery and sheets have been provided. Wifi-Internet has been installed. The leaking tap has been replaced. My townhouse is one of the best furnished in the complex!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jarrod (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
