Description

Located at one of the prestigious high points on the famous Palm Hills Golf and Country Club this is a unique, luxury designer villa with nearly 700 square metres of living space. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and another 2 in the separate guest house, with a total of 9 bathrooms.The 2,400 square metres of well tended mature tropical gardens provide a sense of complete privacy. The free form swimming pool incorporates a Jacuzzi and is near to a comfortable traditional style sala overlooking hole 13 of the Palm Hills golf course and featuring a small air conditioned gym/massage room below, with shower and bathroom facilities. This room also has direct walk on access to the golf course and it is possible to arrange for a caddy to come to pick players up from here.The main house has two fully equipped kitchens, one indoors and the second on the veranda with a comfortable bar and large dining table.There is also another kitchenette in the guest house. Two BBQ, one large gas fired, another smaller charcoal fired.Widescreen TV, internet, 2 kitchens, swimming pool, media room, pool table, massage room, BBQ and sala are some of the in house facilities. We also have a few bicycles, both adult and children's sizes. Extras available for rent.Guests have access to the nearby club house restaurant and the sports club with its own coffee shop, tennis, Olympic pool, gym, squash, badminton and table tennis. Guests also can enjoy preferential rates on the Palm Hills 18 hole golf course. Our housekeeper (Fern) speaks English and is an excellent cook and professional masseuse. She and her husband can help with shopping and vehicle rentals.

Electricity and water will be charged at cost according to metred usage at check out.

We suggest setting the A/C remote at 24 or 25. This will allow the compressor to rest when this temerature is reached.The electricity bill can be high with 11 conditioners running 24/7. Please turn A/C off when you go out.

“Spacious, quiet, amazing staff.”

6 of us stayed here while on a golfing holiday, the villa is exactly as described with one exception, the quality of Ferns's cooking is outstanding and extremely good value. I would recommend this villa to families, golfers and anyone looking for a large quiet space. Its about 10min from town, there are lots of amazing golf courses very close by.

How do damage deposits work?
