The villa is located in quiet and safe surroundings in Hua Hin with a nice breeze from the hills. The community consists of around 70 villas inside a fenced area with 24h security. All three bedrooms equipped with double beds. Two bathrooms, whereof one ensuite. Private swimming pool in the garden, and also a larger communal swimming pool within the secured area. The house have two kitchens, one European style and one Thai style. Aircondition in living room and all bedrooms. There is dinner seating for 6 persons both inside and outside. There is a 55 inch TV with a sound bar. Free hihi speed wi-fi internet is included. Duvets, linen, and towels are provided. Water, electricity and cleaning after ended stay is included in the price.

The property is located close to the hillside of Hua Hin. Restaurants, 7-Eleven, and gym within walking distance. The city centre is within 4-5 km, and has a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping malls. The city beach is within 4-5 km, and horses are available for riding on the beach. Taxis and tuk-tuks are easy to find. Cars and motorbikes can be hired at fairly low prices.

Within the surroundings of Hua Hin you will find golf courses, water parks, wakeboard park, ATV park, gokart track, animal park, fresh water fishing lakes, sea fishing, kayaking and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tore (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
