Attractive property in a safe and friendly neighborhood in beautiful Hua Hin.

The property is located in a very safe area with a nice relaxing atmosphere, about 3,5 km from Petchakasem Road soi 58 and easy to get to the the city and the beach. Our local contact person takes good care of the guests and you will guaranteed have a nice stay here.

The area consist of about 40 houses with owners from many nations ( Thai, England, France, Switzerland,Sweden, Norway, Holland, USA, Canada and more). There are several of the house owners that either live here or rent out their homes on long term leases. This means that here are people all year around and not only in the high season.

The property suits for a couple or a group of 8 people. The property has a new private salt water pool a nice pavilion with downlights, fans, bar, music system, wifi internet and plenty of space. In Thailand, most of the time spent outdoors and patios is the natural place to enjoy meals together, swimming in the pool or just relax in the pleasant climate.

The property has a great location in the center of the facility, right next to the common area which also has a large swimming pool with separate children's section, sun beds, table tennis, gym etc.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, lounge with open kitchen, granite stone flooring in all rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the living room you can relax in a comfortable sofa, there is also a 50 "flat screen TV with cable tv and a 42" tv by the pavilion. The property also has wireless internet access.

Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be a problem in Thailand. We have pest service on the property to try to minimize the problem. Each month throughout the year a service team will control and spray on anti insect remedy on the property and inside the house. This means that the property has a minimal amount of bugs of any sort. Mosquitos can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes up and down and in the rainy season.

The area is fully developed with all facilities. It is also security to enter the area.

The rent includes normal use of electric, water and free internet.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send THONGDAENG (the owner) a message.

If THONGDAENG (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
