Delightfully furnished 3rd floor apartment with superb views on the quiet side of the popular holiday resort of Khao Takiab. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to the center of Hua Hin or relax on the local 10 baht local open bus! However all you need is within walking distance - Beach - Bars - Restaurants - massage lounges - hotels. Avoid the everyday hustle and bustle of downtown Hua Hin and relax in this rapidly developing and strategically located beach resort area.

Beautiful sandy beaches stretch for miles along this famous coastline and from the balcony you will be in sight of your own Khao Takiab beach only a three minute walk away. This 5 kilometer long beach has its own short stretch of select restaurants and bars alongside rows of beach beds and sunshades to keep you out of the mid day sun !! The remaining kilometers give the opportunity for that lovely walk on a deserted beach we all dream of.

Take a stroll for breakfast at the golf club or better still experience the delights of breakfast or lunch at the highly recommended Anantasila Hotel only a seven minute walk away. There you can hire a sun bed for the whole day at 500 baht - and spend the 500 baht voucher on drinks or food ! The easiest thing to do of course is to breakfast on your own balcony with superb tranquil views overlooking your own pool and the golf course ......and go to the beach later !

This modern two double bedroom plus two en suite bathrooms condo is maintained in excellent condition by its local English owner !! Beautifully furnished with modern open plan layout incorporating very comfortable Italian lounge seating, dining table and chairs alongside a practical modern kitchen suitable for all your holiday needs. All this leads to fully folding balcony doors opening onto a beautiful glass fronted balcony seating area. There is even a special work area for longer term residents who may be spending time on their computers.

Both bedrooms contain double beds, individually controlled air conditioning and benefit from mosquito screens to all windows - you can therefore sleep with the windows open during the cooler months . The two en-suite bathrooms have both rain and spray showers complete with hot water supply ( beware this is not standard in Thailand) You may be able to use the basement parking for your motor bike or car parking and all facilities are protected by 24/7 security guards along with your own very safe key card entry to the premises.

The beautiful 35 meter pool is open year round and has its own small Jacuzzi and kids pool areas. A small keep fit area completes the picture for your exercise and leisure requirements!

Hua Hin escapes all the sleaze of other major Thai resorts being the home of the beloved Thai Royal family. You are in a very safe and secure environment alongside similar minded holidaying families and couples who choose to stay in the charming Khao Takiab area of Hua Hin.

I am a resident of Hua Hin and therefore able to offer complete support before and during your visit on a personal basis. This is very useful if you cannot speak any Thai language! I will be available to solve any unexpected problems and help you enjoy a very relaxing and complete holiday in Hua Hin. However please do remember that the building is not a hotel and that you are personally responsible for all of your own needs and must comply with the rules of the Condominium which you will find a copy of in the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
