Experience 'real' Thailand! This well appointed, self-catering villa (with private pool) is situated in the rural Thai village of Ban Nong Yai, which is 1.5km from the stunning Khao Kalok beach, with its beach road offering many restaurants (both Thai and Western cuisine), pubs, spas, massage options, kite surfing schools and colourful local Thai life.

Ban Nong Yai also has its own Thai restaurant/pub which is a 2-minute walk from the villa. Here you will find locals (both Thai and Western) congregating. Ban Nong Yai is a 10-minute drive to Pranburi (where you will find a large Tesco's) and a 30-minute drive to the modern city of Hua Hin.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, WiFi enabled and consists of:

* 2 large bedrooms (en-suite) – equipped with King-size beds

* Lounge (includes TV and DVD player, with selection of DVDs available)

* Western style kitchen (includes fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, as well as all required crockery and cutlery)

* The large kitchen also has dining facilities for 4 guests

* Separate laundry (with additional toilet facilities)

* Stunning pool

* Large and covered patio (equipped for al fresco dining, seating and loungers)

* No Garage but parking is available close by. There is covered parking for 2 scooters

Smoking is not allowed in the villa but you are welcome to smoke outside.

The villa offers a cleaning service, as well as garden/pool service once a week during your stay – these charges are included in your rental.

Local taxis can be found in the village or you can rent motor bikes or cars on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Pick-up transfer from the airport to the villa can be arranged for your convenience. We can assist with bookings for additional services.

Electricity is charged at 5 baht per unit for the duration of your stay. The meter is read on arrival and again on departure - an invoice is generated and this is payable in cash.

As this is a self-catering villa, guests are required to provide all their own consumables.

Guests will find many natural attractions in this area, such as Sam Roi Yot National Park, forest, mangroves, caves and beautiful beaches. In addition, there are also many tourist attractions, such as wildlife and elephant sanctuaries, water parks and golf courses.

The owners do not except liability for accidents or injury at the villa.

Why can't I call Denzil (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Denzil (the owner) a message.

If Denzil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
