This beautiful two-bedroom condo is part of Cosmo Residences, the exclusive beachfront development located in Arrocito beach, a protected cove on Huatulco's Pacific coastline. The condo has a terrace with a view of the pool, a beautiful tropical garden, the ocean and other Cosmo buildings.

Please note that the condo is listed as a maximum occupancy of 4 people but we welcome up to 6 people.

BEDROOM LAYOUT:

The master bedroom has a an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, a king size bed, a double sofa bed and private oceanview terrace access. The second bedroom has two double beds.

COMMON SPACE:

The common space includes an open-concept living area, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering, including brand new appliances, such as dishwasher, microwave, a wine fridge and breakfast bar.

LIVING ROOM:

The living room seats 8 and has large windows with views of the gardens and the pacific ocean.

DINING:

The indoor dining area offers seating for eight guests. There is also an outdoor dining option (terrace) that includes seating for 6.

OTHER:

The unit also offers sky TV, wifi and washing/drying machine.

Also please note that Cosmo Residences still has some units under construction, so there will be construction noise outside during working hours. Inside the condo the noise should be minimal.

POOLS: Guests can enjoy use of three pools, including the gorgeous Peninsula infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

RESTAURANTS/BARS: Alongside the Peninsula pool, you will find a pool bar that serves drinks and light fare. If you're looking for more of a sit-down experience, you can reserve a table at the Ocean Bar where you can access a full menu and beverage list.

FITNESS FACILITY: The development has its own fitness club with brand new equipment, lockers, water and towel service and best of all - views while you work-out! After exercising, you can reward yourself by walking down to the beachclub and treating yourself to a frosty beverage!

CHECK IN:

Please note that check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12.

At your arrival you will be asked to leave a deposit for damages of 400USD which will be returned at the end of your stay.

The cleaning prior to your arrival is included, however if you require further cleaning services you will incur additional costs.

CONCIERGE SERVICE: This gated community offers on-site concierge staff who can assist you with anything you need during your stay. They can make transportation arrangements, assist with restaurant reservations, and more.

Thabkbyou fir yoyr stay. I am sorry the ocean restaurant was estatic! This is news to me. I will have a look into it. Unfortunately Arrocito beach can be quite full on peak dates, especially the weekends. We usually go early in the morning to avoid crowds and get a mild version of the sun.

Why can't I call Nittai (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nittai (the owner) a message.

If Nittai (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
