This 19th Century townhouse in downtown Hudson was recently renovated and is in walking distance to everything in town. The house is one block from the Saturday Farmer’s market and Warren Street’s restaurants, galleries, shops, and cafes. The house has an incredibly well stocked gourmet chef’s kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with All-Clad pots and pans, new stainless steel appliances, a gas range, microwave, and two dishwashers. Off the kitchen is an elegant dining room with a stunning crystal chandelier and large dining table. A half bath is just off the kitchen down the hallway.

Outside in the backyard garden there are organic fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables for you and your guests to enjoy. There is an outdoor kitchen with a large charcoal bbq grill, concrete counter tops, dining table, teak club chairs, and a beautiful Koi pond.

The second floor is bright and sunny with high ceilings and a double parlor with original sliding pocket doors. The front parlor is furnished with comfortable upholstered couches, beautiful black and white photographs from the Hudson Valley, an abundant selection of books, games, magazines, and plenty of throw blankets. The back living room has a state of the art surround sound stereo, 55” TV, digital cable, Apple TV, a Blu-ray player, DVDs, a printer, and comfortable upholstered couches.

The third floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. There is a king sized bed, a queen sized bed, and a full sized antique brass bed. The bathroom has an old fashion tub and overhead shower. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, organic shampoos, biodegradable body wash, and hair dryers.

The fourth floor has queen beds in two bedrooms and a pair of antique twin beds in the third. The master bedroom has a 55” TV with surround sound system, daybed, full-length mirror, and antique armoire. The second bedroom contains a queen sized cheery sleigh bed, and a flat panel TV. Both bedrooms have TiVo’s that allow you to watch cable TV or, stream any movies saved on the master DVR in the back living room. The full bathroom has a glass stand up shower with incredible water pressure and hot water.

Hudson: 2 hour drive to NYC; 2.5 hour drive to Boston; 45 Minute drive to Albany Airport

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
