.If your looking for a stunning apartment in a perfect Hull old town location, then you've found it. This historic courtyard is part of the old hull grammar school built in the 19th century is where famous old boys such as Andrew Marvel and William Wilberforce attended.

The luxurious apartment offers spacious accommodation throughout with an entrance hall, a fully equipped dining kitchen, two double lavish bedrooms,one a master bedroom, a 3 piece suited living room and a modern bathroom.

We offer courtesy transport to the apartment from local bus & rail stations and can organise transfers from all UK airports and stations.

The apartment has free parking on site and will accommodate up to 4 people in the heart of the UK City of Culture historic Old Town.

The area is secluded and quiet. It has close proximity to tourist attractions and all City Centre amenities. Trinity church, All museums, Ferens Art Gallery, Hull Marina, Princes quay shopping centre and the Deep attraction are reachable within a few minutes by foot and both theaters and Hull stations are within a ten minute walk.

Travelling to the Docks on Hedon Rd in a vehicle is within a ten minute drive due to the easy access onto Castle Street from the apartment.

Great apartment in great location.

Why can't I call Keri (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Keri (the owner) a message.

If Keri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
