Our relaxing seaside retreat is situated in the picturesque village of Filey, North Yorkshire and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

There is lots to do at our beautiful site - The Bay, with something for everyone. Dogs are welcome all over the site and the pub is also dog friendly. Everywhere on site is also wheelchair accessible.

Our beach house is equipped with super fast up to 80mb/s WIFI for all your streaming needs. Relax and unwind by opening our bi-fold doors onto a south facing decking for those long summer nights.

We sleep up to 6 persons. We have 1 bedroom with a king-size bed with en-suite, another bedroom with 2 single beds with an en-suite and a double sofa bed that sleeps up to 2 more - ideally children.

We also have provided lots of entertainment so that there is something for you to do on a rainy day. We have a range of board games, an Xbox One S video game console, an Amazon Echo for music, Netflix and Disney+ in Ultra HD if you want to snuggle up in front of the T.V. Not to mention, we also have a log burner to keep you nice and toasty!

A PERSONAL TOUCH

We hope that you enjoy your stay and we have tried to think of everything we can to make your stay better. We have a power bank, a multi-charger (in case you've forgotten your own), lots of leaflets with things to do in the local area and all the basic staples in the kitchen, such as hot drinks and cleaning products.

The keys will be in a lock box at the side of the door. We have lots of leaflets on fun things to do for all of the family in the drawers. We also have a list of the tide times so you don't get caught out walking along the beach to Filey town centre. There is a card by the door which gains you entry to the leisure centre, please leave that on the table when you leave and put the keys back in the lock box. If there is anything you need at all, please message or call us.

Magical getaway

We had a wonderful night here with two toddlers, swimming, sea air, fish and chips, great accommodation, clean, fresh and owners so helpful. It was magical out of lockdown.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Thomas (the owner) a message.

If Thomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
