This Majestic Red Rock paradise is the perfect base camp for all Southern Utah has to offer! This home is 30 minutes to Zion National Park, and 2 hours from the Grand Canyon or Bryce Canyon. There are two reservoirs within 15 minutes that offer access to most water sports. Sky Mountain and Sand Hollow Golf Courses are located within minutes, along with countless hiking and bike trails. Tuacahn is about 30-45 minutes away. We also recommend a personal Chef. Cost is not inclusive and is separate.

The Space

Welcome to your beautiful townhome! It's a great place to gather a dozen family and friends! We want you to make yourself comfortable in our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, beautifully decorated townhouse! Amenities include a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, fire pit, pool table, kitchen, BBQ pits and lounge.

The master bedroom includes a comfortable king sized bed, walk-in-closet, master bath, and smart TV. But your favorite part of this delightful room will be the beautiful morning view of the sun rising over the majestic West Temple in Zion National Park.

The 2nd bedroom accommodates a queen sized bed, small walk-in-closet, and a smart TV. Peer out the windows from this room for a beautiful view of the sun setting against Pine View Mountain.

The kids will enjoy having a slumber party in the 3rd bedroom. It is full of fun ready to be had with 2 bunk beds - twin on top, full on bottom- and a smart TV. Children will enjoy toys to play with that are provided in the toy box and for infants please feel free to use the portable crib that is conveniently located in the downstairs closet and provided booster seat for dining.

Relax on the family room couches and enjoy your favorite movies on the smart TV or play board games with family and friends around the large dining room table that seats 8-10. Games are provided in the living room console to include: Jenga, Monopoly (Regular), Monopoly Silver, Sorry, Cards and Uno to name a few.

You will love cooking in this fully stocked, modern kitchen- perfect for making large meals and great memories! And just a few steps from the kitchen is a relaxing outside patio, ideally suited for that morning cup of coffee in the Coffee Bar that makes specialty coffees and includes a delayed timer, or evening hang out that includes a gas Bar-B-Que grill with utensils and pre-filled tank.

You will want to take advantage of the laundry room upstairs so that by the end of your stay you can go home with clean clothes. Of course, complimentary soap and dryer sheets are provided for your stay.

This townhome has a 2 car garage, complete with room to actually park in it! There is extra parking in the driveway and along the street.

For extra sleeping capacity, there is a full size sofa bed tucked inside the living room couch, and two roll-a-way beds in the closet underneath the staircase with extra linen and pillows.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and clubhouse/pool.

Enjoy tanning and heated pool and hot tub accessible to all guests looking to get some hot rays within 1 minute walking distance. Glide down the lazy river, jump around the splash pad, grill, see the night sky around the fire pit and play pool in the clubhouse exclusively for guests. Also, take advantage of pool toys and safety jackets for the kids provided (not all sizes available). The amenities are open daily from 5 am to 10 pm.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
