From the owner

Our condo is a beautiful newly renovated unit on the 10th floor of the Seawinds building about 1 mile from the Jensen Beach causeway. We have a huge 800 sq ft wrap around balcony that covers three sides of the unit with ocean and river views. Our total square footage is 1372. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, walk in closet and beautiful bathroom. The other has two twin beds, a twin aero bed, a huge closet and the other bathroom is across the hall. Our lovely living room is bright and airy and looks out over the ocean and river through beautiful plantation shutters. A formal dining room is off of a state of the art kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and large pantry. A separate laundry room contains a regular size washer and dryer. This is a 3 month rental and is perfect for snowbirds! Our condo is steps from the beach, has a warm lovely pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, bocce, a new pickle ball court and even a car wash! Golf is down the road and there are restaurants and ice cream a short walk away. Cable, wifi, A/C and electric are included. Private pool and private beaches are at your doorstep. Activities nearby include, Charter Fishing tours, boat rentals, Golf, Historic Downtown Stuart, Florida's Oceanographic Center, Elliott Museum, and several five star restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annmarie (the owner) a message.

If Annmarie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
