Newly refurbished, 4 star apartment with curved balcony for unforgettable panoramic view of town and Pakleni islands. You can catch some sun on the eastern balcony just outside the bedroom or enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from it. Area is peaceful, yet close to beaches, market, diving centre etc.. Magnificent panoramic view of 180C from apartment's curved terrace is breathtaking. With only one glance of an eye you will cover everything, port of Hvar, beautiful Paklinski islands and horizon. If the weather is nice and there are no clouds, you'll see island Vis like it's on your palm.. Apartment consists of one bedroom with high quality king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space + makeup desk, large living room with comfy couch and big sliding door that leads to main terrace, which is definitely major point to this apartment, particularly for enjoying idyllic views of marine aquatics. There is a flat LCD TV in living area with variety of satellite and Total TV channels and also work desk convenient for laptop work. Apartment is air conditioned with two air con units, one placed in master bedroom and one located centrally in the living room. In extension to living area, there is modern,open plan kitchen ,fully equipped with all necessary amenities like dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer,kettle, toaster etc). There is also quality coffee machine with complimentary Dolce gusto coffee capsules. Bathroom is modern and functional with shower and washing machine on site (set of chosen quality toiletries and hand sanitizer included).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tatjana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
