Idéalement situé à Hyères Les Palmiers, entre 2 et 5 kms des plages de l'Almanarre, de celle de l'ayguade, ou de la Capte, vous n'aurez que l'embarras du choix

La gare et le port de plaisance avec ses animations nocturnes sont a proximité et vous êtes a 5 mns a pied du centre ville et de la gare routière pour prendre le bus pour st tropez ou pour aller a la mer.

Si vous arrivez en train ce sera avec plaisir que nous viendrons vous chercher à la sortie de la gare de Hyères ou de l'aéroport de Toulon Hyères

Appartement à la décoration soignée et entièrement climatisé situé au premier étage d'un petit immeuble de 2 étages

(au rez de chaussée boulangerie idéale pour les croissants chauds du matin et 8 a 8) pour les courses de dernière minute) dans une résidence calme .avec digicode pour y accéder

Le stationnement se fait facilement dans un rayon maximum de 150 mètres et il est gratuit .

Si vous fumez merci de le faire sur la terrasse et non à l'intérieur par rapport aux odeurs de tabac qui restent imprégnées

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kim (the owner) a message.

If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
