Villa Small Paradise, is an impressive neoclassical 2 levels building of 200 m2, which provides luxurious and comfortable accommodation for VIP clients , families, couples or groups of friends. The interior is similarly decorated in a neoclassical & modern style, is functional and offers all the necessary facilities and modern amenities for a pleasant, relaxing and memorable stay. It consists of 3 bedrooms which sleeps up to 8 people, 3 bathrooms, a separate big kitchen area and a large living and dining room. Every room leads to balconies and/or terrace with a panoramic and uninterrupted view to the garden, the pool and the breathtaking landscape, which one can gaze even from the interior. Apart from the main entrance, the Villa can be accessed through an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces.

The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 2000 sq. which comprises of beautiful Mediterranean trees and plants, such as the Rhodian sycamore , bougainvillea , Ibiscus , roses , orange trees , tangerine tress , lemon trees fig and loquat tress , pines , cypress and many others, which in combination with the pool, the small children's pool, the playground, the kiosk with the hot tub and the wooden dining deck, will make you feel that you are on an earthly ”Small Paradise”. There is an outdoor recently built, 7 meters length x 4 meters width and from 1 meter to 1,40 depth with fresh water, in-ground “eco-friendly pool”, framed with Greek white marble tiles. The pool area has full outdoor furniture. You can sunbathe on the stylish sunbeds with the comfortable cushions, the chairs, or on the lawn grass enjoying the shade of trees and relax away from prying eyes since no one can see the interior of the villa . The kids will swim in the small children's plastic pool and play at children play ground at the garden. There is also a shower which is essential, following a delightful dive.

Next to the pool there is a wooden deck with a table and chairs, for relaxing moments under the shade of a big fig tree. In the garden area among spectacular flowers there is an outdoor Hot tub - Jacuzzi of Hydro pool on a elevated deck suitable for 5- 6 persons . Ideal for a romantic and relaxing bubble bath feeling the benefits of hydrotherapy, warm, soothing water, invigorating and pulsating jet streams, and natural buoyancy.

Will enjoy the large stone built-in BBQ under the pergola and wooden dining table or the small portable BBQ at the garden roasting meats or fresh local fish . You will drink wine , liquor or beer in the evening relaxing around the lovely lighted garden enjoying the running water from the fountain or the calm waters of the pool enjoying the unique atmosphere you will enjoy a party without disturbing anyone and without your disturbed.

The Villa, the garden and the pool area, stand out after sunset with a luminous glow, creating magnificent scenery for socializing, partying, relaxing or having a drink, hearing the running water from the fountain and admiring the spectacular changing colors of the pool. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
