This villa is fully equipped for use during the winter as it has an outdoor porch with chill out and dining area which can be protected by closing it, it is fully conditioned with beautiful pyramidal heaters that make it a very comfortable and cozy area to enjoy the outdoors or a home cinema with big screen. (See photos)

In addition to having a wide variety of outdoor games described below, the property is equipped with numerous board games for both adults and children that will undoubtedly serve to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.

This is a stunning, spacious, Ibicencan-modern villa with spectacular views to the mountains and to the sea ideally situated close to the airport, the best beaches of the island and Ibiza Town. It has got a beautiful and well cared garden and a 62sqm private swimming pool with Jacuzzi and an amazing 160 m2 top roof terrace with chillout area.

This 2100 m2 gorgeous private plot of and the 170 m2 of luxury villa with a 160 m2 top roof chillout area (with breathtaking views) gives plenty of space to enjoy your special Ibicencan stay.

The secured gate leads to a parking for several cars.

Entering the villa its immaculate condition, with modern deco invokes the Ibiza style, accented with minimalist touches; characterized by its traditional masonry crafted in natural stone, special table made of natural forms of tree trunk and a pure white atmosphere capture the light and the feel of the island.

The villa counts with a spacious living room (with comfy sofas, flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player, iPod dock and free Wi-Fi) with dining area standing out for its style and luminosity, with direct access to a covered porch with lounge and dining areas, the garden and pool area.

The villa is fitted with a fully equipped open plan stylish kitchen with all the modern appliances (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) you might need to prepare and serve delicious meals.

The villa has got hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This unique home counts with 4 bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

- Second bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

- Third bedroom with two individual beds.

- Fourth bedroom with two individual beds.

- The third bathroom has got a walk-in shower.

Under request we are happy to join the individual beds to a double with a king bed doubling system.

Apart from the main villa, there is an annex with a private entrance that consists of a suite with two individual beds, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, for 2 more guests. Please note this extra accommodation is not included in the rental price, please request quote.

In the exterior you can enjoy the very well maintained, designed tropical garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting large swimming pool (62 m2) with Jacuzzi, surrounded by loungers. You can enjoy magnificent sunsets, relax and unwind in the "Balinese bed" strategically placed to enjoy the views in complete harmony with nature.

For your comfort there is a poolside shower.

To enjoy an active stay, in the garden we have installed a ping-pong table, a trampoline and a basketball basket.

Next to the swimming pool there is a barbecue and a covered porch with a chillout and a dining area making that and ideal place to enjoy delicious meals “al fresco”, barbecue or some tapas.

The large top roof terrace with chillout area is just an amazing spot to enjoy a refreshing cocktail admiring the sunrise or the magical Ibicencan sunset in the company of your family and friends.

This villa has many extras such as centralised air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi and alarm system and safe box in each bedroom.

The villa is a well located home with handy access to the main road, the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquillity without being far from the most exclusive beaches and the beautiful old town of Dalt Villa, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops.

It is perfect for families and friends seeking privacy, relaxation but also fun, and for those looking for a private heaven away from the hustle and bustle in the city.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative who will be happy to assist you and provide you with any information you need for a pleasant stay.

Please note that during winter months (November-March) the top roof terrace is not completely set up, especially the textile cushions due to the possible rain.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
