This DESIGN HOUSE, part of DOROVINIS COUNTRY HOUSES, has the personal air and character of a leisure home of the Cretan countryside.

Artistically restored and furnished with stylish furniture, it combines the lost qualities of traditional home architecture with modern facilities and luxury.

It is a medium-sized vacation home of the early 20th century, situated on a lot of 73m2 and has a floor area of 56m2, with 17m2 courtyard and 45m2 terrace.

It is laid one level, with the back side and the gate door toward the old Market Street, while the other two sides are facing the courtyard and the sea.

An external stone scale leads to the terrace from where the views are breathtaking.

The house consists of two main rooms, the bedroom and living room with fireplace and dining corner. The living room is furnished with traditional sofa that easily converts into a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and crockery. The house has central heating, air conditioning, free WF Internet and satellite TV.

There is free parking on widening s of the main road.

The village of ANATOLI, folding down a slope behind the city of Ierapetra, is dating from Venetian times. Having kept its architectural and agricultural character is renowned for its healthy climate (dry and cool in summer, warm and sunny in winter), peaceful environment and splendid views to the sea.

The location is ideal for all season's vacation, amidst a green and rocky environment of outstanding natural beauty, that offers peace and tranquility of mind and senses, while being in short distance from some of the most beautiful, sandy-blue flag- beaches of southeastern Crete. At 12 km the city of Ierapetra offers all facilities and activities of a big city (shops, supermarkets, banks, doctors, water front esplanade with restaurants and cafes, archaeological Collection, organized beach etc).

Daily cultural excursions to archaeological sites, Byzantine and Venetian monuments as well as to Natural Monuments can be combined with swimming in sandy beaches and picturesque gulfs (all supported by small taverns).
