On the heights of the village, this beautiful 2 room apartment (1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed) of 48m2, bathroom with bath, separate toilet with toilet ... a terrace of 20m2 facing the sea, is located quiet in the countryside, surrounded by flower gardens. Ideal for a couple alone or with children. Complete equipment with television in each room (bedroom and living room). Shops and amenities nearby. 1km from the city center and beaches. Its large bay window of the stay offers you a grandiose spectacle at sunrise and sunset. Hiking trail nearby, game of petanque at 30 meters (balls provided) nudist beach at 800m, access nearby on foot Rental per week only (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday unless arrangement). Sheets pillowcases, tea towels and towels are provided for 40 € extra. Housekeeping can be done by our housekeeper for 60 € (highly recommended). Optional extras are to be paid on site upon arrival or reservation. precision: 2 beds in room + 2 beds in sofa bed comfort in the living room.

Je vous remercie pour cet avis favorable, mais si vous deviez y revenir, je vous demanderai d’être plus respectueux de ce logement et des termes du contrat. L’option ménage payant vous oblige à quitter les lieux a 9h30 et non à 12h30, mais ne vous autorise pas à l’excès de saleté que vous avez laissé... il semblerait que vous n’ayez fait aucun entretien durant 3 semaines.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send André (the owner) a message.

If André (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
