Our prime location puts us just moments away from the bustling harbor, Tunnels Beaches, shops, and restaurants. This makes us the ideal accommodation for anyone attending a wedding at Tunnels Beaches venue.

But what sets us apart from the rest is our unique feature - private seafront parking! We are the only property on the Promenade to offer this incredible convenience. Imagine being able to park your car just steps away from your door. That's exactly what we offer, so you don't have to settle for anything less. Come stay with us and experience the hassle-free parking that Ilfracombe Eden provides.

While you're here, be sure to check out the many attractions that are within walking distance. Take a stroll along the coastal footpaths and admire the stunning scenery. Visit the Tunnels Beaches, which are steeped in Victorian history and were hand-carved in the 1820s. Don't miss the impressive bronze 'Verity' sculpture, created by the world-famous artist Damien Hirst. You can also dine at a Michelin-starred restaurant, The Olive Room, or enjoy a visit to the theatre or one of the many galleries. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need for preparing delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a double oven, electric hob, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, under-counter fridge with icebox, and microwave. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
