Like all apartments, Manga Verde Beach 7 or Little Beauty has beach views from its terrace. It is small (67m2) and cosy. It has 2 bedrooms (including a suite) and 2 bathrooms and lies on the ground floor. It is located at the back of the residence but you are still only a few meters away from the pool and the beach.
Like any other Manga Verde apartment, it was elegantly decorated by the managers. Several of the decorative items were brought by them from their world tour through each one of the 193 countries of the world. The managers living on the spot will be more than happy to share with you more about their incredible travel and life stories.

Early risers will also witness everyday incredibly beautiful sunrises over the sea.
Manga Verde has of the nicest locations of the island, right on the best beaches and within walking distance of the historical Forte Orange, and the famous photogenic white sand bar of Coroa de Aviao where you can have delicious seafood from the authentic beach bars. Less than 100 meters away you will find the only kiteschool of the island, where the wind will give you joy and incredible views. You can then enjoy fresh coconut water, or a refreshing cold beer in one of the next door small beach bars.
Manga Verde has been thought and developed by a team of European and Brazilian professionals in order to fit the needs of international tourists, local visitors, as well as the corporate market.
Itamaraca is a tropical island in NE Brazil, an hour’s drive from Recife International Airport, with a long bridge connecting it to the mainland. Most of the island comprises protected forests, but on the ocean side are miles of long white sandy beaches, mainly fronted by weekend holiday homes of the elite and wealthy of Recife. All kind of beach and watersport activities are available on the island.
On the cultural side, you will find the oldest and the second oldest churches of the Americas less than 15 minutes away. Splendid colonial Olinda – UNESCO World Heritage Site – lies also 30 km away.
With a resident population of some 21,000, island numbers swell in the summer months and at weekends, as tourists are drawn to the warm, calm sea waters, protected by a reef two miles offshore. Being a small city in its own right, Itamaraca has a hospital, police and ambulance stations, bank, post office, pharmacies, hotels, numerous stores and supermarkets, and dozens of bars and restaurants.
With a history dating back almost 500 years, a wide range of delicious seafood caught locally, and covered in fruit trees, 13 beaches, kitesurfing school, you would expect island prices to be high... but you would be wrong.
