São casas tipo sobradinho, com 60m2 + varanda c/ piso de madeira e churrasqueira, com decoração moderna, acomodam de 4 a 5 pessoas. Possui 2 quartos, um deles suíte, os dois quartos com ar condicionado, com cama box confortável e armário. A sala tem TV tela plana 42”, um sofá-cama bem confortável de 2 lugares, ventilador de teto. A cozinha é tipo americana, bem equipada com geladeira, fogão, micro-ondas, cafeteira e demais utensílios. Tem dois banheiros, de bom tamanho com box de vidro.

Fornecemos roupa de cama & banho.

- Caso algum hóspede tenha problema de mobilidade, alertamos que a casa Tucano, fica no alto, tem 2 lances de escadas;

Sobre o Espaço:

É uma Vilinha com 4 casas: Colibri, Tuim, Tucano e Suíte externa Caçula. Nossas casas estão bem próximas, as Praias do Itaguaçu e Perequê, num lugar agradável, tranquilo, sem no entanto, estar distante da infraestrutura de gastronomia, práticas de esporte e compras da Ilha. Nossa localização é ótima, sentido norte da ilha, a 700 m da praia Itaguaçu, perto do centro comercial, de carro a 10 minutos da Balsa e 10 minutos do Centro Histórico (Vila). Um ambiente familiar, com uma bela vista para o canal de São Sebastião, é uma opção perfeita para quem procura natureza, praia, montanha, ar puro, conforto e curtir um lindo pôr-do-sol em Ilhabela.

Lembretes importantes:

- Informamos aos Hóspedes/locatários, que a Vila Paulino não é Pousada/Hotel, apenas aluga suas casas, com quartos, sala e cozinha, equipadas, porém é responsabilidade do hóspede/locatário, mantê-la em ordem e limpa durante sua estadia.

- Não oferecemos: serviço de quarto, lavanderia, alimentação e bebidas;

- A Casa é bem equipada e a cozinha tem, geladeira, fogão, micro-ondas, grill, cafeteira, louças, panelas e demais utensílios;

- A casa é entregue limpa no check in e possui as roupas de cama, banho, travesseiros, cobertor ou edredom. Tudo para uso exclusivo dentro das casas.

- Manter a casa limpa, após o check in, é responsabilidade do hóspede;

- A localização é ótima: Praia do Itaguaçu, a 700m da praia, perto do centro comercial do perequê, de carro fica a 10 minutos da Balsa e 10 minutos do Centro Histórico (Vila);

- Ilhabela é tranquila e estamos localizados no final de uma travessinha sem saída, bem calma;

- Horários: Entrada/Check-in: a partir das 17hs. - Saída/Check-out: até às 13hs. (Flexíveis sob consulta, de disponibilidade, exceto mês janeiro). Fora dos horários poderá haver taxas extras;

- Não fornecemos toalhas para levar na praia;

- Não fornecemos cadeiras de praia;

- Não é condomínio fechado, estamos no final de uma travessinha sem saída;

- Observando que nosso preço mínimo das casas é para 4 pessoas e da suíte p/ 2 pessoas: a) Uma Criança até 2 anos é cortesia no mesmo leito, as demais pagam: Criança de 2 a 6 anos paga 50% , de 7 anos e acima paga tarifa normal. (Não se aplica nos pacotes de feriados prolongados, consultar preços), b) Pessoas adicionais acima de 4 pagam tarifa normal;

- A Vila Paulino é uma Vilinha com 4 casas (Colibri, Tuim, Tucano e Suíte Caçula). As casas são no mesmo padrão de tamanho e decoração, no caso de a casa escolhida estar indisponível ou em manutenção, o hóspede será remanejado para uma das outras casas em disponibilidade;

- Caso algum hóspede tenha problema de mobilidade, alertamos que a casa Tucano, fica no alto, tem 2 lances de escadas;

- Para hospedes da casa Tucano, com crianças pequenas, alertamos que cuidem para elas não acessarem o guarda corpo da varanda, apesar de ter tela, ele tem apenas 80cm de altura;

- Cada casa tem direito a uma vaga determinada no estacionamento;

- Animais de pequeno/médio porte (até 15kg), MANSOS, são aceitos e cobra-se taxa de R$ 100,00 por semana por cada animal (Alertamos que os donos ficam responsáveis por ressarcir quaisquer avarias causadas pelo seu pet). Na suíte Caçula não aceita pet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Odair (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Odair (the owner) a message.

If Odair (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
