This is a unique location in the Dalmatian hinterland near the town of Imotski which is well-known for the Red and Blue lakes. The house is positioned 1 km far away from the hastiness of the city and still close enough to all necessary facilities.

It offers unforgettable panoramic view on the northern part of the Biokovo mountain nature park.The tunnel Saint Ilija through the heart of the mountain Biokovo takes you straight to the beach. The house is situated 22 km from the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic Coast and 30 km from the city of Makarska. Makarska is one of the most famous tourist destinations on the Croatian coast, attractive for its nature and good climate, rich in tourist attractions. There is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to Sumartin on the island Brač. The famous Punta Rata beach (blue flag) is situated in Brela and was selected among the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world. The beach is pebbly while the sea entrance is sandy. All the beaches of Makarska rivijera are surrounded by beautiful pine forests and crystal clear water.

From the house by car you arrive to Split for an hour, Dubrovnik 2 hours and Trogir 1 hour 15 minutes. Split is very popular destination becuase of its numerous historical sights and attractions. The old part of the city Split is a palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian and is a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Few kilometers further is historical city of Trogir and an airport.

Those looking for a more active holiday will not have to look far from Imotski – in the area of just a few kilometers you will find: climbing, bicycling, kayaking, paintball, buggy riding, horse riding, tennis, lake swimming...

Minimum stay is one week (7 days). Departure is till 10 am and arrival from 4 pm. We take into consideration only families with children, couples or groups of grown ups. This is a quiet location for a vacation so we cannot accept reservations from groups of very young people who expect loud parties at night.

Villa is surrounded by a high fence for total privacy and is decorated /equipped in good quality for pleasant and stress-free holiday. Nicely arranged courtyard is perfect for relaxation.

Secluded heated pool with lights is lined with quality ceramic mosaic tiles. The pool is 32 m2 large and 1,5 m deep . Poo heating is optional 10 Eur / per day-

Next to the swimming pool there is a terrace with a BBQ /grill where you can exercise your culinary skills. For the youngest ones there is a playground with swing, sandpit , playhouse and for the fans of active holidays table tennis.

Villa provides all the necessary comfort for 12+2. Stone and wood dominate in the interior of the house which gives a special homely atmosphere. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms – 2 terraces, BBQ and a large fenced garden. Internet is free wi-fi unlimited usage and there is a satellite TV program. There are also 2 washing machines, dishwasher, fridge, deep freeze 50 L, iron, iron board, hair dryer, microwave, blender, mixer, coffee machine, baby seat and baby bed.

The price includes final cleaning, towels, sheets , electricity, water and tourist tax so there is no extra hiden costs.

The house is insulated and in the summer it reaches a comfortable temperatures and there is also one air conditioner which cools kitchen, living room and dining room.

The nearest mini-market is in the distance of 300 m, restaurant 200 m and the super-market 500 m.
