Ideal for couples & families

Located on the ancient Via Cassia, in the enchanting setting of Chianti Area, just 15 km from the centre of Florence and 40 from Siena and San Gimignano, the apartment "Ivy" is the perfect place to explore the beauty of Florence and Tuscany, and then come back to relax, far from the bustle and hustle of the city, and enjoy the cool and the beauty of our countryside, have a drink in the garden or a dinner in the patio, or dine out in one of the typical nearby restaurants.

In the summertime, you can also swim or sunbathe by the pool.

Recently remodelled and tastefully decorated, the villa offers 4 spacious and elegant apartments, equipped with every comfort that makes your holidays an unforgettable experience.

Iris Apartment

The apartment is on several levels, being located in one of the Towers of the Villa. From the large entrance, a marble staircase leads to the apartment on the second floor.

From the door you enter in a hallway where, on the right, you will find the first bathroom with shower.

Going ahead you will come to a chaming living room, tastefully decorated with a comfortable sofa that easily becomes a double bed and an armchair, a beautiful antique fireplace, around which a large bookcase was created, in which you can find several books at your disposal, a piano, satellite TV, and other piece of furniture.

Clear color tones, stylish decorations, carpet and vintage details embellish the room, creating warm atmospheres of the past.

Besides the living there is the entrance of the dining area and the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you want (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) and a round table for six.

From the kitchen a staircase leads to the private rooftop terrace equipped with table chairs and umbrella.

Here you can relax to eat or drink something when you come back from your excursions in nearby art cities or in the surrounding Chianti area.

A corridor, with a closet where you can store your clother and luggage, leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a bright bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside tables and bookshelves, two travertine marble bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bathtub).

From the corridor another wrought iron staircase leads to the charming master bedroom.

Two large arch windows, overlooking on the green of the surrounding countryside, and on the pool area and the garden of the Villa, make the environment particularly bright.

The room is furnished with double bed, dresser, white armchair, and large wall-mounted TV.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
