This recently renovated condo has everything to make your vacation comfortable and memorable. Our single level, three-bedroom and three-bathroom condo is within walking distance to fabulous sandy beaches of Incline Village, hiking trails, Hyatt Regency Resort (Restaurants, Shops, Casino), bowling alley, skate park, creek side walking trail and the Incline Recreation Center (Indoor pool, Gym/fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts etc.).
Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Championship golfing, movie theater and shopping are within easy reach too. It is the perfect getaway to explore Lake Tahoe and enjoy all that it has to offer including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, fishing, as well as great restaurants (Lone Eagle Grill), bars (Cutthroat Saloon) and coffee houses (Sierra Café).
The living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas and the cozy dining room comfortably seats 6 to 8. The bedrooms are fully furnished with two queen beds and two single beds, (for up to six adults/children). The high quality cotton bed and bath linens will make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy making a family meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops.
For home entertainment, there is a 36' LED TV and Blu-ray. Both cable tv and internet are available.There is also a small DVD selection, books and board games available if you want to stay in and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. The back deck faces greenbelt and has table with chairs. Unfortunately, HOA does not allow bbq on the property but you can use the bbq's in the common area between the buildings. Parking is available for two vehicles. Snow clearance is included and there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit.
Our conveniently located condo has provided us with endless adventures and relaxation. We hope it would be the perfect retreat for your family and friends too.

***Private Beaches Access Update*** The Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID) requires for all guests (i.e., non-residents) to hold a Punch Card for accessing Incline's private beaches. There are of course many non-private beaches close by such as Sand Harbor Beach and Kings Beach. However, if you are interested in purchasing a punch card to access Incline's private beaches, please contact me ASAP. Only residents can purchase a punch card ($156/card) on behalf of their guests and each resident can purchase up to 5 punch cards/year (i.e., requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first served basis). The entrance fee ($15/person) will be subtracted from the punch card each time you visit the beach until it becomes empty (you will not be able to visit the beach after that as there is no option to re-fill the punch card).
