This basic beach home does boast a wonderful Oceanfront location and I'm happy to know you enjoyed your stay and found the home to be a good value. I am sorry to hear of the housekeeping issues you experienced. Our housekeeping department is happy to correct any issue you might find upon arrival so please give us a call if you arrive to find any of our homes in a less than desirable condition. As for the bugs you encountered, due to the warm climate and dense vegetation of our area such pests are prevalent. They should never be in a home, though and our vacation properties are treated regularly to keep bugs at bay. Thank you again for your feedback. We look forward to your 2014 stay with us. Great family vacation

Sankaty Cottage was wonderful. Very roomy with everything we needed for a great week at the ocean. Definitely will plan on staying there again in the future.
